Pauline's Magic Fabric Folding Tools 1-1/2in Sasher - easily fold 3in bias or straight grain fabric strips. Sashers will fold strips in half or do a perfect bias fold. Simply cut your fabric strips 3in wide, either on the straight grain or bias, and your finished folded size will be 1-1/2in.
